Rising prison populations and it's going to happen again, history says so, why not do it while we're alive so we have some real entertainment

As long as we have cannibals for the dead or recyclation options to get rid of the bodies.
MASS FREE ENTERTAINMENT FREE BREAD
I'm all for it but we're with too many people on the world by now. ethics, morals & a wholelot of whiners are all against you. We'd never get away with it, we have human rights these days remember?

i would love to watch some live action combat with edged weapons.
im not sure how much i would love it after someone actually got hit with one of the weapons. but the idea is tantalizing.

what if you did it on a boat and just sailed out to sea and did it? What jurisdiction are you under in international waters?
What would be even cooler imo than gladiators is a city of multiple criminal factions pitted against each where cameras document everything, perpetual violence you can tune into and we give them bombs and firearms. The more ruthless the longer they live, it'd be interesting watching live.
I'd take that over sword fighting.
