hi...guys

Yesterday mj and I went down to Fungi Perfecti in Olympia Wa.
We were given a tour by Kevin an assistant...great guy!!!
So I thought I'd share some pictures of the grounds and grow ops for you to enjoy.

Please do not use any of these pictures on any other sites.
Out of respect to Paul Stamets the pictures posted here at The Shroomery are property of Fungi Perfecti.com and were taken by me.

Observe below how this edible Agrocybe looks exactly like the shapes of Psilocybe cyanescens..

Agrocybes resemble the characteristics of psilocybe shrooms. especially the cepitose growth and the wavy caps.

mjshroomer

Hope you post the Panaeolus images.

P.s. Roadkill.

Found my glasses. Laid them up by those broken mushroom stones I was showing you form Thaialdn on the top of my shellf by the cosmic eggs.

Those are reeshi mushrooms, medicinal and very much loved by the Chinese.

mj

The one s in the park are probably related species but do not have the medicinal values of these.

MJ, Road, I am very jealous!  I'm sure he gets bombarded by people asking for tours [Evergreen being close  ].  I like the picture of the frog; little ally.

They keep Frogs in there to feed on insect critters who might get in and adamage the shrooms.

Here are a few more pictures from me. See if you can guess what species these are.

My card ran out of pictures and I had battery problems at pauls and else where.

This was a hand carved mushroom and verathaned at Paul's Farm.

Now can anyone tell me what kinda shrooms are in these next five pictures. They were all growing at Fungi Perfecti:

and finally one more unidentified shroom from the riding stable compost heaps.

I will give you a clue.
This one had white gills.

Can anyone identify it?

mjshroomer,

Glad to pick and protect

mj

First picture: the wood one hehehe

Second one:
Third one: Polyporus tuberaster ?????
fourth one: Hypholoma sublatertium ?
fifth one: could it be a pleurotus ?
sixth one: Agrocybe aegerita  ?????

I suck at mushroom identification  :frown:

I'll take a stab at it since I'm at work and got nothing to do

1. Maitake (Grifola frondosa)
2.Polyporus Tuberaster
3. Namekos? (Pholiota nameko); or Cinnamon caps? (Hypholoma sublatertium)
4. Pleurotus Ostreatus
5. Pioppinos? (Agrocybe aegerita)
