Now the dehydrator is more what I thought you guys would like lol, the Cabela 160l, I got it for $350 of craigslist with a bunch of extras. Yes I know a little over kill but meh I am happy and can't wait to see it in action!

Damn that's a bitchin' dehydrator bro! You coulda built one for super cheap just as big and same functionality, but it wouldn't be as slick as that thing what with the glass door and LCD screen and what not.

Haha no, I know I get ahead of my self but I had the extra cash from my last hobby and I knew I wanted a better quality PC and dehydrator for my set up.(I don't like things breaking on me or having to upgrade down the road)I was going to get a 9 rack excalibur dehydrator but I think the extra for this bad boy was worth it, not to mention the guy gave me jerky making stuff so I figure with my garden and jerky making also it will be getting good use!

If you havent started yet the number 1 thing u need that is quality is a glove box. U dont have to buy one though for it to be quality either.

wow.... i wanna type more stuff here but i can't get past wow
i too go above and beyond when i pick up new hobbies. stick with it and those investments will pay off.
glove box doesn't sound like his/her style. flow hood! built my 12" x 24" for 350-400, everything new. this is, by far, what i consider the best investment i've made in this hobby. working sucks in such a confined space. IMO 12x24 is all the home cultivator ever needs, you have to improvise while working with bags but they're a piece of cake if you're clever enough. plus having the flow hood allows much easier agar work, which is so much more fun to work with than makin jars, cakes, and tubs. doing grain 2 grain in a glove box, i was able to turn 1 jar into 7 or so. in front of a flow hood i can easily turn 1 jar into 20. if you're willing to invest $350 in a dehydrator, invest in a flow hood too.

Damn dood. That is a little overkill. A little baby one is more then enough unless you are making food. But whatever, do it up man. Blow up Seattle for us. May you be protected in your venture and I wish you well.
