WTF that has nothing to do with the law of attraction no intention = random occurrences
My friend's mom is dead because of Ray's "sweat lodge"! I believe she died at the same event as the daughter of the lady in this video clip...

The law of attraction is bullshit.
Know what happened to my buddy who was all believing in the secret, huge proponent? She got into smack and got knocked up by a douchebag.
Yeah, it really fuckin' works.
I bet she just didn't WANT to not be in a fucked up situation bad enough...
Yeah man, getting into retarded ass drugs and (mostly likely) not using protection was definitely NOT her fault.

How do you know that her outlook on life was positive? Just because she was practicing a technique doesn't mean that she mastered a technique.

all I'm trying to say is that, imo, the law of attraction and all related views that attempt to draw a correlation between a positive outlook and occurrence in the universe, more then just the ability to stay positive and roll with the punches better, strike me as total bull-ish.
and what's to master? wishing and believing that the star you hit was the one Jimminy Cricket was warbling about?

Meh... sounds like the No True Scotsman fallacy to me; are you saying that anyone who practices the technique and reaps negative consequences just hasn't mastered it?
Seems more plausible that even with positive thinking bad shit can happen to good people.

No.
I'm saying that people who are practicing a technique are still bound to reap negative consequences. There is no such thing as mastering a technique IMO.

Oh it's more then true. Anything I really want happens. Right now I really want the stocks ZLUS to hit .0025+ and MMTE to hit .0035+ and they will. The law of attraction is so powerful that I almost feel this world isn't real, that it is completely virtual such as depicted in the movie, "The Matrix."
That is how real the law of attraction is for me. I believe anything you truly believe in is real. Such as Japans little nuclear incident is going to make me a little bit more concerned about higher cancer rates; makes pretty logical sense the increase in cancer is directly linked to radioactivity. It at least might play a factor.
I've tested the law of attraction to the limits. Every woman I've wanted has come into my life precisely what I asked for.
Crazy woman, she was crazy Smart woman, she was pretty smart Mexican older woman, she was mexican and older all right.
Right now I want to make tons of money in the stock market, which specifically is linked to the two stocks I linked above. I'm not sure about physical things, like you can't make your dick bigger, or can you? It seems to get bigger if you have sex often anyway.
I see the law of attraction as a direct relationship to something I call the virtual highway. This entire world is connected, all living things. This is on a sub-atomic particle level. What happens is any thought you have is transmitted electronically through this world and beyond; instantly. The world I live in either confirms this, or it confirms that this is a completely virtual world which is not real at all (which could also be true). Fact is I also believe in parallel realities. This would seem logical given my ability to read the future, or is it I'm creating the future. I'm never truly understand this concept. I attempt too, like it is God and he has multiple existences of the Earth to attempt to create one World that actually works. Or maybe I just can see the past and the future.

No. Just because I have a positive outlook, doesn't mean I can just go outside and start shooting people without any consequences. It's common sense. She knew what she was getting into and didn't care.

Of course there's such a thing as mastery... one can certainly reach a level of extreme competence in particular area with enough practice (I think I remember reading an article that showed 10,000 hours of practice no matter what the subject was is sufficient). Note that this doesn't mean that one is absolutely perfect at all times, but nobody's said mastery entails infallibility.

a lot of people have the misconception that it's about positive thinking
but it's really more about how your perception determines the way you experience your reality

So if I don't make retarded choices, and I keep a positive attitude, then my life will be better?
