Saw this coming. Everyone used to always tell me I'd die from drugs, yet the only drugs I do are lsd/shrooms when I can/weekly if I have surplus, weed daily, and benzos on comedown and sometimes when I have long dry spurts of lsd/shrooms. It sounds pretty accurate tbh. Alcohol is a terrible, terrible bitch and ruins many lives with overuse.

That chart's been posted and talked about before. I think the general consensus is that it's retarded.

Actual LSD and shrooms are totally benign as long as you do it right and not eating like rotten shrooms or something. Same with mdma really, it hasn't been proven nor disproven that it causes brain damage in humans with normal recreational use.
I mean just look at the people that did these drugs in the 60s, they seem fine to me and if they weren't then certainly that would show up in the studies proving the adverse effects of these drugs. Plus the recorded incidents of people dying from acid or mdma use also indicated other drugs involved and when comparing the number of users who die or are seriously impaired by use of mdma/lsd/shrooms to those who are completely fine is negligible compared to alcohol use.
It's all about social stigma and the hysteria that's sunk into society over the last few decades...
And I dunno about some people but I definitely felt better off after using these drugs..

 heres another article
http://www.foxnews.com/health/2010/11/01/drug-experts-say-alcohol-worse-crack-heroin-1148653343/
i bleave X is so low on the list because pure ecstasy AKA MDMA isn't all that bad for you or addicting.
its the things its often mixed with that are sometimes worse or more addicting than the MDMA itself.
thats my opinion but i could be wrong.

Also the fact that alc is above H and meth and that meth shows almost no harm to others makes makes it pretty clear that the chart is worthless

I don't ever see one of these that doesn't look like it was pulled out of someone's ass.
Also, don't damage your drugs.

That's the first thing I noticed. I'm sure they were considering a small dose of either of those drugs versus like a 30 shot alcohol binge

I would need to know what their definition of "harm" was.
If harm is spending time searching internally, but not really performing any function externally (working etc) then perhaps this is correct.
But I can't make any statement without more information.

I read this study a while ago, and I think that it was volume based, meaning that they used hospital, morgue, and police records. It makes sense that alcohol would show up the most because it is used ubiquitously.
tl;dr The study has skewed data.
