What kind of a student are/were you?

Just wondering.
It seems like EVERYONE is in college. So there have to be some people in their senior years getting straight D's. Why would anyone get that far and be receiving straight D's?
Idk. I was just curious as to how shroomers do in school.

A's and B's, now in grad school.
That is deceptive though. I had periods where I got great grades, and periods where I failed hard. Good in elementary school, bad in elementary school, dropped out of high school, good in community college, dropped out of community college, good in university, struggling in grad school. Im now 1 or 2 terms away from my masters (depending on how I do next term) and am not sure if I really have the want to keep going or not. If I do, I have a tough qualifying exam to take in a few months.

You left out A B C. I average out to 3.2-3.4 in college but still get C's in shitty classes.
In high school I got straight A's with couple B's but I gave a lot more of a shit then.

same here. I found almost nothing of interest in school except my own drawings, books and music that I would sneakily keep occupied with all day. I learned a lot in highschool just mostly not from the classes. Although I did have a sociology and psychology teacher that changed my life. He was radical.

I think it was Leary who said he learned more about life from taking mushrooms then he had ever learned in all of his schooling.
i was too high and too busy hitting on girls in high school
i kinda wish i went to college sometimes, just for the experience, working 50 hours a week is tiring.

Was a straight A student high school, even though I was stoned all through school, stoned at home, never did homework, and never studied. High school was a joke. My senior year, I took English and 3 guitar classes the first semester, and then guitar all day the 2nd semester.
College is a bit harder. I study a good hour every day. I'm on my 3rd year of my AA. Only been taking 6 credits a semester. I'm not really in a hurry. I only need 9 credits to go. Chem 1046, organic chem 1, and organic chem 2. So it looks like 3 more semesters of my AA, 'cuse they're all prerequisites of each other.
I've got a 3.6 GPA so far. It's damn good grades, but not all that impressive considering how slowly I'm taking the classes.

In high school I was mainly an A/B student, with a few C's thrown in there. I only failed one class, but that's because I completely gave up and started sleeping in there every day. I think my final grade for the class was like a 17 or something
Now I am in tech school and I have been doing awesome, making all A's, until I got to this anatomy class I am taking now. The first quarter, I made a B in the class, and right now I have a low C. The only thing left that I can take to bring up my grade is my final, and I'm really worried. I don't want a C in this class because I am going to be in a competitive selection and a C would look really bad

I was undecided then went business CIS (decent with computers) then had a prelife crisis and switched to geology (earned a minor in business but couldn't wear a suit and tie for the rest of my life)
also picked up a minor in environmental studies
if you are lost and have no real direction my school offered a test you could take for like $15 that if you answered truthfully could help point you in the right direction it was like a personality type test from what i hear - never took it.

I usually get B's and drop the ball in one class and get a C.
It's really worrying me. Jobs are not fucking easy to come by and getting B's and C's doesnt exactly make me competative.
I have really bad ADD. When I took the test for it teh psychiatrist said "if we putt 100 ADD people in a room, and looked at the top two worst cases of ADD you'd be one of them."
so i should be on amphetamines for it but a year ago after taking them every day (at low doses) it fucked me up so bad I tried to kill myself. Feeling MUCH better now thankfully but I still can't focus without uppers. So I'm taking three classes at a time and trying to build up my concentration skills.
