I always wanted to have perpetual energy vehicle... and i think i have a chance of inevnting one (i got upper A phsyics in school) if i had a shot.
But i know there is no point in devoting years of research and hard study cos this technology will be avaliable after 2012! So, there is no point.
I can tell you one thing, after 2012 i will be a full time grower and explorer. What about you?

i don't know about you, but i doubt your primary care provider will give a shit about helping when SHTF.
If it's a matter of life and death, that "improvised" clinic might be all you got. I've got enough medical training to handle anything short of surgery.

Im all for a individual patient based medical care, which if truly done would involve some improvisation as each person is a bit different & needs different complimentary medicines etc... i just thought 'improvised medical clinic' sounds a bit funny you know, most people wouldn't want their medical care off the cuff, i image they'd want it by the book.

I guess my vision of post-2012 is very different than others. I don't see functional health care clinics, ambulance services, or first responders. I see people helping people with scavenged, stolen, and improvised methods.

Same thing I am doing now. How can some of you be so certain that the world is going to dramatically change in 2012? Were you in the same group of people that thought everything was going to go dark in 2000? Do you just like believing in radical change that you don't have to do anything bring about so you can selfishly reap the benefits? If change happens it happens, if it doesn't is doesn't. Forgoing the present for the future is a sign of mental instability. Be Here Now.

Don't know if you caught the last 3 months, but the world has already radically changed.
It seems a weak assumption on your part to believe we're not living for today because we might believe change is coming. The belief in such a radical change doesn't obviate our responsibility to today, or to any future we might have.
You might try to find the source of your anger. this is clearly a hypothetical discussion about possibilities, and not absolute belief in a future that absolves us of our duties and responsibilities.
Being future-minded isn't a sign of mental instability. It is the very seed that generates proliferation of many beautiful concepts, ideas, theories, and inventions.

True, and a few of these 2012 gurus are saying that people could end up experiencing different realities, so if you don't raise your vibration now & just sit around eating cheeseburgers waiting for 2012 and then this amazing shift happens, your vibration would probably keep you stuck in a lower reality anyway

No I really haven't caught the last 3 months, I don't listen to any news or watch TV, if something is going to effect my life it should be pretty obvious when it does. I did hear about the regime changes in the middle east, and that natural disaster. But that's just shit happening, shit always happens. Always has and always will.
I am not angry, just mildly annoyed and more amused at other people.
Being future minded to a degree is not a problem, and I never said it was. I said when you forsake the present for the future that's a problem. It seems people can get invested in something that is going happen in the future (2012) that they don't bother to work on themselves in this moment, or even stop preparing for a future if no change occurs - and I see that as a problem.

I don't really know any of these gurus and don't read into this 2012 stuff, but I would be very very skeptical of anyone who claims knowledge of what is going to happen at any point in the future. But that's just me, I take nothing on blind faith or coincidences, or believe in stuff because it sounds "cool" and like something I would like to see.
And I guess belief or not in these supposed world changing events if they happen they happen, I am not saying they won't, I just doubt they will be everything everyone is claiming they will be. I have noticed a huge huge change in myself this last year. But I don't feel it has shit to do with 2012. It's just that I finally got over some of my bullshit and really started to work on myself. Meditation is my vehicle for transformation.
