Habitat: Growing under a newly planted Doug fir tree in a clear cut.
Gills: Chestnut brown/gray
Stem: 2 inches long, whiteish darkening from being broken or molested.
Cap: chestnut brown, kinda straw colored near the apex. fine dark ring on edge of cap.
Spore print color: still waiting.
Bruising: dingy, dark where stem is broken.
Other information: I know this is the wrong habitat for this kind of mushroom I also know the season for cyanescens is kinda over but still hoping for help.

What distinguishes these as Psathyrella piluliformis from the hordes of other similar Psathyrella?

When identifying wild actives it is a must to have blue bruising, and it must be a noticable and definate bluing.
