Put your mushrooms in some tights (yes, leg tights), and make them into a ball inside the tights.
Bring the water to the boil and leave it there for like 2 minutes, constantly with a potato masher, mash the shit out of the mushrooms (encased in the tights), and the water will turn a lovely purple colour. after you've boiled it, let it simmer down.
Bottoms up. Hits me in 10 minutes, Maybe less...

I put the shrooms in my little food processor mixed with a Tropicana drink from the local gas station that has strawberry/orange/banana in it. Then I dump that into a glass. Take the rest of the bottle and dump it into the food processor and then into the glass to get the rest. Then, I drink it, and chase it with the same drink (I buy two at the station) and always clean my mouth out with that once I'm done gulping as much as I can. First time I did 7 grams, I almost needed to go get another orange juice thing or add another drink, but last time I did 2.5 and it was npnp getting it all down. If you're taking around 4-5 it should work nicely.
Edit: And the point of all this is that it goes down relatively easy and I don't get sick.

You can avoid the stomach issue on shrooms by making tea, it works for me on Semilanceata anyway!
What I do is get a standard tea-bag Tetley or PG-Tips or what ever. You cut off a corner of the bag and empty out the Tea-Leaves, repack the bag with your ground up dry mushies (you can easily get 4g in there, but I only ever tried 2g ) now sow up the hole in the bag with a bit of thread and needle. Leave a length of thread for dunking the bag in your cup. Dunk the bag in to a half full cup of boiling water(this will sterilise your mushies), gently dunk until cool.

soak mushrooms in lemon juice overnight filter out mushroom pulp (by pouring juice through an empty teabag, not coffee filter!) drink lemon juice (i add it into a glass of ginger beer)

It sure would be helpful if OP gave some freakin details. "I have a problem but I'll just give you 10% of the facts and see what you can do with it." Waste of time (but some nice replies). Nothing beyond this for me to add.

There is a whole Shroomery Tab, in Mushroom Info called "Mushroom Recipes" it has various recipes and preparations, many of which are designed to reduce the nausea caused by eating plain mushrooms. Click around and find one that sounds good to you, make it, take it, and enjoy
