Okay I know this is all my fault but I was hoping someone could throw some light on this.
Here is what I did.
Made a directory C:\aa
inside aa I created a jpg called bb.jpg and an empty rar called cc.rar
then I opened cmd and went to the relevant directory (i.e. aa)
what I wrote was: copy /b bb.jpg + cc.rar bitch.jpg
then I opened bitch.jpg with some file called rar.exe and everything got fucked up
now I cant start my computer
yeah its fucked badly.

The problem is that once I hit restart, it didn't want to start again. The repair stuff tells me it cant repair it nor restore it.

I don't see how that could have fucked with the boot/os but try Safe mode, if that works it should be easily fixable, if not try Last Known Good COnfig. If both of these fail you will likely need to repair windows, you usually won't lose data unless you choose to format, if you do format get a tool such as Restorer2000 as soon as you can and just restore everything that you need.

Yeah basically I was trying out various tutorials such as the one to make invisible folders (if you type (alt+0160) as a name it will be blank)
So this last tutorial I described totally fucked something up.

The last known good config didnt work
Essentially every time (either safe mode or anything else) I start my laptop it gets to a Startup Repair menu that doesn't do much good. I dont know if this is relevant but the windows logo does not appear. Also there is loading bar saying windows loading files that is normally absent.

anyone have any idea what might have caused that? I suspect the tutorial was actually a trap designed to fuck up my computer.

Active Disk Image
Download this ISO and burn it to a disk. It will let you access an NTFS partition and pull that course work you need off your computer and put it on a USB drive. Good if you do end up having to reinstall windows. Of course you'll need another computer to download and burn it on.
As far as that fucking up your computer. I'm about to try it and see what happens. I hope my computer doesn't get an STD.

I presume that it all went wrong when I chose Rar.exe as a default program for opening this bitch.jpg file. I think I was looking for WinRar but accidentally did something worthy.
