Can someone help me out. I was wondering how much shrooms (completely dried) you should eat to get an intense trip out of them.

Oral P. cubensis Dosages
Threshold .25 g
Light .25 - 1 g
Common 1 - 2.5 g
Strong 2.5 - 5 g
Heavy 5 + g
I was just wondering if that was entirely accurate. I know that it is different for every person but on average what is a good amount to take to have a very good and deep expirence

I, personally, will only do 5+ dry grams. Any thing less is not "intense" enough.

Depends on how many times you've tripped before. A lot of guys on the shroomery like to brag about "i will only eat 5+ grams".. but in my opinion it really depends on your experience.
If you have only tripped a few times, try going for 4-5 grams. It should give you a very strong/intense trip and then if that's not enough, next time you can bump it up (not sure how that wouldn't be enough, though).

Bragging? What is there to brag about. Any fool can eat 5 grams. Just stating a fact. And I have been browsing these forums for awhile and I don't see alot of talk like that anyway.What are you talking about?

I think that some of these people on the forums have been eating in abundance for too long. Maybe they should take a break and let their body loose the tolerance. I cant imagine going on a fantastic voyage any more than 4-5 times a year.

Maybe you should stick with 1 or 2 grams then.
I have not seen any tolerance build up yet. If I do, then I will put it off for awhile.
I can handle a level 5 trip every week or two. If you can't, then don't.

I have never tripped off of mushrooms, i have eaten 5 semi-wet grams once and got nothing off of it. I think i got duped. Anyways, i just didnt want to eat too little or too much.

I always hear people say "I ate 1 gram and tripped balls." and I just want to punch them in the face. They obviously don't know what tripping balls is.
And another thing- WTF does 'tripping Balls' mean anyways???
Eat around 3 grams. If you want an average trip (in terms of intensity).

if its your first time.. just eat an 8th (3.5) thats what i ate the first time i tripped and it was coo as fuck.. i was trippin pretty good.

I've eaten shrooms and acid several times. I've been completely twisted off of 2 grams dried. I'm talking open eye morphing visuals.. almost to the point of freaking out. I'm wondering if it's the way they are grown. All shrooms that i buy are pretty strong at around the 2 g dose. my friend just finished his first PF style grow. They were weak as hell. It was depressing. I hope he has better luck next time around. The experince in growing was cool, but the trip wasn't worth the time it took to grow them.

you probably should have eaten between 3-5 grams. I am gonna go all out on my first (real) trip on shrooms and go with 5. I can handle all kinds of acid so this should be fine. Mescaline didnt faze me either, although it was very intense
