Heres a pic of the hippies first time casing. Seem kind of weak to me, I not sure why? He used the 50/50 tek with one cake. Will the other little pins keep growing? Or shoud he prepare it for a second flush? And how does he prepare it for another flush?

Your humidity is too high, and the substrate looks too thin. What are the thicknesses of your substrate layer and casing layer? Also, since it's 50/50, do you know what the pH is?

The humidity is about 95% , yes the hippie used a thin layer . The bottom layer is about 3/4 inches and the mylicum is about 1/2 inch , the 50/50 is about a 1/2. Could that be the proplem??
And i dont know what (pH) means!!

The only advice I can give is to lower the humidity. Since it's on perlite, this can be done by giving them air exchanges every 2 hours or so. Then at night, during sleep, leave the lid cracked open.
I'd let it grow, those small pins still look healthy. If you were to recase later, I'd redo everything and make the mycelium layer at least 1.5 inches thick.
The pH is how acidic or basic the casing is. If you used peat/verm for the casing layer, it is too acidic. People add limestone to the mix to counter this and raise the pH level back to "normal". It's in the FAQ somewhere.
