Or you could just drink a few beers

Meditation. I now can easily get myself into a very calm and peaceful state that could be compared with some of the effects of getting stoned.
Last week I experienced something amazing in my meditation. For just over a minute I entered into a sublime state that felt like 100 full body orgasms with very pleasurable tingling sensations all over my body, accompanied with some cool looking lights behind my eyes, not to mention the head vibes. I felt like laughing it felt so good and joyful but thought it would take me out of it so I just smiled the biggest natural smile ever. This felt better then any drug I have done (which is most) including molly and high doses of oxy with weed.
But meditation takes time and patience so I doubt any of you will get into it.

Dude.... Ive experienced that sleep paralysis one before! ITS A FUCKING TRIP. It was like youre trapped and you cant move yourself all the while your brain is in an slmost sleep mode, and you think extremely wild thoughts(almost like dreaming while awake.)! Like your pineal gland starts to secrete mad doses of DMT... I dont know how it happened and its happened only once to me, but I can tell you I was extremely tired. I literally had to force myself to move my muscles to snap out of it. It was almost to scary because you think you cant move and you are fully aware of it. Weird stuff but very interesting.

Or, you could...I dunno, stay sober. It's not that bad, and having a period of sobriety makes you appreciate the buzzes more.

Someone try the hypeotension one and tell me how it goes. I'm too scared to try in case I have an aneurysm or something.

The thing is I've been appreciating the sweet taste of sobriety a wee bit too long now. Seriously dont give me lessons on staying sober.

I think you should stay sober and ask yourself why you feel the need to experience an artificially induced high.
Oh, and being sober for a week is not a wee bit too long.

I used to get it all of the time, can't say it's enjoyable. My vision would fade to black, was hard to stand up and it felt like a combination of being dizzy and holding your breath until you're about to pass out.

OK I asked myself. I suppose I'm just curious to see what my body would experience under non-drug influenced conditions. Its not that I can't live without the euphoria of the orthostatic hypotension etc. Im interested as Im interested in science etc.
As for the hypotension thing I was getting crazy trips in the summer. Made a thread cause it was freaking me out and somebody pointed out I should be having a good time but it was just annoying.

I think you need to realize since the dawn of man kind the human race has craved altered states of conciousness... I think it is a very natural occurence. Don't lie to yourself.

I don't anymore. I did for a long long time. I told myself I wasn't addicted, that I could stop at anytime I just really liked getting high. I was not addicted to any drug, just the feeling of getting high, of suppressing something, of that ease of the buzz. But I couldn't control it and it started to take over my life, so I went competely sober and have been for 71 days now - which for me is the best thing I could have done.
But I have replaced that high with mediation, which is a high of its own, and being out in nature. So as cheesy as it sounds - I get high on life.
