What is the PSI for the "HI" setting on this pressure cooker?

It's a Food Network Dual 6qt. Stainless Steel pressure cooker. There is a picture below; I haven't been able to find anything about it's PSI online and I lost the manual. Does anyone have a clue? I figure it will be around 12 PSI at least, so i'm going to pressure cook the jars for an extra 30 minutes just to be sure. Any help is greatly appreciated. Free print to anyone who can link me a site =)

Thanks jokefox. I found out that Oster makes one exactly like the food network one, and since it doesn't have a company label I figure both models have to have similar specs. I found a review of the Oster model and they said the HI setting has a PSI of 11.6. So I'll take your advice and ship out the print to whomever wants it =) Keep in mind, it's going to be a couple of months; until I get some fruits from this batch.

"can be moved from one setting to another without changing valves: high (15 psi) and low (8 psi)"

Another quick Q, is it ok to tape the holes on aluminum foil covers with clear scotch tape? Do the jars need FAE to colonize? I'm only asking this as I want to prevent dehydration and contams.
