whats up ya'll.
a little bird i know has been very interested in microscopy for a while. this little bird has a background in urban botany and has been researching his plans for microspy for a few months now. fortunately this little bird is friends with some very talented mycophiles who have been teaching him to cultivate gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. the little bird has grown out several blocks of shitakes (three different strains), oysters (pearl and blue) and some lions manes, and has started some outdoor reishi logs and some outdoor turkey tail logs. the little bird is really happy to have found the shroomery and has been reading alot on it for a month or so now before asking me to register and post for him so he can learn some techniques specific to microscopy of certain species he is not yet familiar with.
the little bird i know looks forward to learning alot here and doing what he can to help others learn. the little bird
-------------------- I am looking for any shiitake strains, any oyster strains, and lions mane cultures. i got cool edibles to trade. "Mycologists on the other hand grow for the love of growing. They want to experiment with various species, substrates, and fruiting environments. They'll move on to isolate strains, attempt hybridization, and in general treat cultivation as an artform, rather than a chore that must be performed as a means to an end. They'll work twice as hard for a ten percent gain, just for the love of perfection..." Roger Rabbit

SWIM is the man. I once heard SWIM smuggled 30 pounds of reefer across Kentucky state lines, drunk, and with a hooker. SWIM's crazy man.
