Have you ever worn a mouthguard before? They aren't uncomfortable. You don't even have tong to the dentist to get one. I'm sure they sell them at most drugstores.

duuude. it only happens once in awhile, luckily not when i get some dankkk i feel aloot better. But yeah metal pipes make me ill, and my friend uses one all the time..

It's pretty common, it can also be a symptom of magnesium deficiency. And I read something recently that something like 80% of the average Americans are chronically deficient in magnesium

Yeah but it's probably not a good source of it. Magnesium isn't readily bio-available orally, you lose something like 90% of it orally. If you are deficient in calcium - this radically limits your bodies ability to absorb magnesium at all. Best way to get loads of magnesium is in your food with a well balanced diet. Best way to dose elemental magnesium that I have found is via the skin - Ancient Minerals

hmmm... thanks man.
i was pretty healthy for a long while, but then i started falling back into old habbits. soda, fast food, no exercise, no vitamins, no water.
