At first I have prepared mycelium on a grain wheat. Then I has inoculated by this grain, alder chips (previously soaked during 2-3 day in water). Alder chips were colonized mycelium within 1.5 months, at temperature 23-25C. Then, I have placed colonized alder chips in a plastic bottle from under water (first case) and has put a casing layer (mulch from woods). After mycelium has seemed on surface of casing layer (temp 23-25C), I put a layer wet vermiculite, and has placed a bottle in a refrigerator (temp 6-8C). (My refrigerator has a glass door and fluorescent lamp - such refrigerators are used as a show-window for drinks).
Regular (two times per day) I has aired, and 1 time per 2 days humidified a bottle. And in 1.5 months the first mushrooms have appeared.
The first mushrooms could not be developed because of shortage of light (I used only natural illumination, through a glass door), but mushrooms the second wave (that you see on pics) could normally be developed. I used a lamp, within 16 hours per day. From occurrence of mushrooms up to harvest, 28 days have passed.
The second container was made in precisely the same way, but for one month after previous. That you see on pics - it the first wave. Using a lamp from the very beginning, and also having placed the container in the top part of a refrigerator (where temperature is little bit higher: 8-12C), the growth of mushrooms managed to be reduced about 2-3 weeks. ( 2-3 weeks, because I have noticed mushrooms, when they have appeared above a surface of casing layer, from this moment up to harvest have passed 2 weeks. But mushrooms needed any time to appear above a surface... let's consider 3-7 days.).

And some more pics.

It is my refrigerator:

Two containers, placed on the top shelf, (where is warmer). Second container placed on pan (to be more higher).

It is a bottle with mushrooms inside (in full size).

And harvest.
