You have at least three strains growing in that tub. So much for those who say multispore inoculation will deliver a stable strain just because someone wrote koh sumai or some other silly name on the print. 
Overlay is yellow, dried and matted mycelium that is incapable of absorbing water. You don't even have 20% colonization of the casing layer. RR
