I think I see some trich in the second picture hard to tell though. From the way it looks it seems you may have had portions your sub at the top that didn't colonize possibly cause it was to wet.

The yellow/brown spots are metabolites, probably due to an underlying bacterial contamination. That would also explain those uncolonized areas.
Your substrate and pins look awfully wet too...

uncolonized substrate mixed with metabolites like the others said, you could try some surgery and remove the uncolonized areas, that way you protect the rest of the grow from contams.

In the 3rd pic, around 1 o'clock, it looks like standing water. The small slimy patches on some of those fruits looks like bacterial overgrowth. All in all, it looks a bit on the wet side. Sadly, I wouldn't hold much hope for the infected fruits. Dry it out as best you can, maybe dab some of that standing water with a paper towel. . .hope for the best;

Nah, it's fucked. I haven't misted since this post, aside from the odd time in the morning just for good measure. There's been zero standing water/pooling, the brown is slowly spreading, the shrooms aren't really growing at all. Meanwhile my SGFC has gone through a flush and into the second, so I think it's time to chuck this.
For my next mono, I think I'll opt for zero misting. Maybe once every couple days, if that.

I thought once colonized it was extremely hard to contract contams? So do you think it was definitely from over misting?

There's no such thing. Lack of fresh air is the problem.
