grain colonization......
    #14090991 - 03/09/11 05:36 AM (12 years, 10 months ago)

Hi guys and gals
I had a problem
I put three jars in incubation one week ago
The incubator teperature due to a balckout fall to 13 degree celsius for one week
and in the new jar doesent start any mycelium, also doesent start any contamination.....the jars are perfectly stopped
Now i adjust the temp to 28 celsius...
what can i do? I will wait some more time?or trow away the jars...(there is not contamination, the grain are "clean")
thanx a lot
I love my jars and i think that i must reput them in a right temperature and wait another week to see something:mushroom2:

I would wait another week just to see what happens rather than tossing em out and not knowing. Did you use a sryringe spores or an LC? Good Luck

it can take up to 3 weeks for spores to germinate.

Id imagine your spores are still viable but its best if you keep spores refrigerated
