What happens if you fruit a contaminated cake? Poisonus fruit, no fruit? Would it still produce a mushroom regardless of it being "useful". Would the contams change the genetics of the mushroom??

You'll risk contaminating all of your other cakes. Put it outside and see how it goes.
When one of my trays started to show contamination then I cut that section off and buried it outside and I still managed to get some shrooms from it. Fucking slugs got most of them though.

I do plan on segrating them. I was just curious if a mushroom will still form, even if contam started during incubation then following through tek.

What happens if you let a moldy apple sit on the kitchen counter? Will an apple tree grow from it and produce nice shiny apple fruits? What kind of a question is that? Mold is super aggressive. It will take over and before you know it everything will be covered in trillions of mold spores. Happy sanitizing!

Even a clean apple will not grow a tree. I am just curious if the contams will halt the fruiting process or will it create mushrooms anyways?

yes they will still fruit.
but keeping it will make ur bad spore load for up,and it will be harder to keep contams out.
