Primordia question...

In one of my bulk tubs I have a bunch of knots that are forming into primordia. It has been like this for 4-6 days. My question is how long does it take before the primordia dies or its too late to pin?. My problem was lack of fresh air and the surface of the sub wasn't drying at all. Some have been turning a little discolored and appear dead, like a yellowish color, but not mold....I have corrected the problem and am drying out the surface by giving it massive FAE to try to save it so it isn't saturated......Any opinions?

get the conditions right and it'll correct itself and start pinning.

Hmmmm ok, I just hope they all don't die because they have sitting for a while, thats why I was wandering if primordia can just die if saturated for a few days....This is a tub that I made before my mono's and others so I was fairly inexperienced doing it....Sub was too thick and not enough FAE...

that stuff looks like verm to me, I could be wrong but I have often seen verm take on the appearance of diff colors because of the reflective surface. It looks like contams sometimes, not saying it is verm just it might be.
