Sub storage: pasteurized substrate expiration date???

Hi, 24 hours ago i pasteurized a sub (horse poo + worm casts). I was going to spawn it when it cooled but i had a work issue that had to resolve and haven´t spawned it yet. I will not have time to spawn until tomorrow, so it will be about 40 hours after pasteurizing and left at room temp.
It´s been kept like this:

The lid is not hermetically closed and the jars either, just alum foil
1.Will it be of ok use it? 2.For how long can a pasteurized sub be used after pasteurized and left at room temp? 3.For how long can a pasteurized sub be used after pasteurized and left in the fridge? 4.Can a pasteurized and hidrated sub be freezed and them used succesfully?
Thanks in advance!

I think that pastured sub will keep for a long time in the freezer.
I would also use it after being at room temp for less then two days.
