It happens to me sometimes when I trip during an iffy part of my life. Sometimes I specifically give myself a monster dose when im down or upset about something just because it forces me to work things out... but if I trip on something negative and dont work it out for myself before its over I tend to internalize a lasting negative feeling, normally until I trip again and work out whatever is/was on my mind.
This could be completely untrue of others, but it is very true of me. So maybe try dosing again and forcing yourself to think whatever was/is bothering you more thoroughly? Idk, id hate to give you this advice and then it just become worse.

It might help if you relate how you felt before the trip as well

I've been feeling similar, I had a weird trip in January (like 2 months ago) that to this day has left me feeling a bit less than human. I think part of it is seasonal for me though as well, this winter has been terrible. Maybe a combination of multiple things really, but the trip really sent me into a strange headspace and i've been here for much too long.
Winter is ending and i'm planning to redose next week and hopefully come out feeling a bit better. It's getting warmer where I am and I feel another trip is exactly what I need to "fix" myself.
Besides that just try to do something productive... exercise, do something creative. It's hard to help you out with so little details, but good luck.

i don't know if that would really help simply because my bad trip kinda came out of nowhere. I went into the trip without anything negative on my mind and i'm still not sure what caused the negativity so dosing again soon might just make things worse

I don't know what to tell you other than bad trips happens to almost everyone (and those who it doesn't happen to are probably lying anyways). Usually when I have a sort of rough trip its because of underlying on going issues in my life. Maybe I feel great the day or week coming up the trip but if theres something going on that i've put on the backburner of my conciousness it has a tendency to creep in to the trip. That's just me though..
What kind of situations get you down? What are you thinking about when you start to feel bummed? These are rhetorical questions and you don't have to answer them. But consider what the initiators are for the feeling you're running into and then work on how you can remedy those. We're all just a bunch of talking heads out here. You are the one who can actually take action and control of your head

Stop doing all drugs (especially weed). Exercise, get good sleep, maintain a healthy diet, and give it time. Then, MAYBE, ease back into psychedelic waters with a low dose to try to reintegrate whatever got messed up last time. This has always worked well for me in the past. Good luck, brother.

I had a similar thing happened. I did LSD for first time in 2.5 years. It honestly just takes time, and don't smoke weed.

I agree with this - I wouldnt dose for awhile and give the green a break. Seems like its probably not just the trip but overall you are not feeling good so I'd look at daily habbits etc that affect you.
