I'm getting ready to test my lc, but I'm not sure if you need to re-sterilize the syringe. If I do, do i fill the syringe half full of water, pc it, then extract the lc? Please help!

I would clean the syringe. Personally I have never PCd my syringes with water, I just boil some water and use that along with alcohol.
Do what works for you. Goodluck.

Just flame the needle and when you go into the jar make sure you push the needle through something that's soaked in alcohol. That should work.
Do you have injection ports?

Wrap in cling film and microwave for 4-5 mins. Always worked fine for me. Don't nuke anything else but syringes are fine.
Plus flame/alcohol the needle obviously.. Or better use a new, fresh one.

So if I sterilize it by sucking up boiling water, do I keep the water in it when I suck up the lc?
I dont have ports, just micropore tape.

I dont have ports, just micropore tape.
When I do that, I suck up some alcohol and swish it all around in there. Shoot it out, and clean with boiling water. Squirt it all out before you suck up the LC. And flame your needle before using it.
Next time id get some ports on your lc jar. alot better.

Ports are well worth the extra work. Nothing fancy needed, plain RTV silicone blobs will do fine.
If you inject/pierce micro pore just stick another piece over it asap. I did that for a while back in the day...
