Any point in waiting for pins?

I got 6 PF TEK jars two colonized completly like 5-6 days before all the other ones (I was testing to see if more spores actually makes it colonize quicker). Anyways I have had most of them on a light cycle for about 5 days now, I know if i wait longer they will pin sooner or later, but is there any point in waiting? Would it be a good idea to cold shock them, or use the dunk tek?

id just wait, if the conditions that you've been cultivating them under are all the same, then they should all pin around the same time regardless of what is uncolonized. If i were you id keep them in the jars and see if they start to pin inside the jars
