I get Tube Cut papers at a tobacco store near the house. They are $1.99 there for 200. I prefer American Spirit, but I know some smaller companies changed their labeling from rolling tobacco to pipe tobacco or something similar to get around the recent tax increase. Cans of AS are like $25 or so here though

can you recomend any flavorful, nice quality pipe tobacco's that u think i may like? im going to the tobacco wholesale warehouse tomarow.

bali shag and american spirit are both grossly overpriced, IMO. bali shag used to be the standard quality to which i compared all rolling tobacco, but ever since they change suppliers about a year back the quality has been quite wretched. packed full of eye-stems and never with the right moisture content.
this is my tobacco of choice, Peter Stokkebye's Stockholm Blend. and the bag on the right are the filters i use. yes, i put filters in my hand-rolled cigs.

however, i must say that i've never used any such silly contraption as the one you've linked in your first post so i have no idea how well it would work. i can roll a cig in like 20 seconds, so it's like whatever. and i like rolling my cigs "to order" so to speak, meaning if i've only got a minute for a smoke, i can roll a thin, loose cig. or if i'm out walking the disc golf course and puffing on my cig leisurely, i can roll up a nice fat one.
not to mention the fact that people are often intrigued when they see someone rolling. they either start joking about weed or they just react very positively as in "you roll your own? that's pretty cool." helps to strike up conversations out at the bars.

cool input. i am def to lazy to roll my own and put the filters in by hand. since the "contraption"(hehe) seems to be at bargain price i may as well give it a shot i have used the cheap plastic $10 injectors and they work well, but i can tell that they are not built to last...

haha. too lazy... i'm about as lazy as they come, but whatevs. different strokes.
i can tell you though, rolling cigs daily has really helped me a lot in learning how to twist up a great joint.

I don't think AS makes tubes, only papers. Sorry I wasn't clear. I usually just grab the cheapest tubes I can find.
