He won't care but  be careful depending on where you are. If you are near a highway or major road you may be subject to cops randomly stopping to see what you are doing, even if you are just collecting the shit. Cops in diff locations can be anal during mushroom season with people digging shit out of fields.

Good advice. This is why one ought actually take a bucket or two and a shovel so as to actually be collecting shit for an alibi.

I've thought of asking some farmers if they would let me do some light work on the farm such as fixing fences and what not. Maybe help clean trash up and post new property signs. Letting then know you'll never mess with the cows and take care of their gates. Maybe even keep an eye out for trespassers for them. Just ask for permission to pick shrooms in return for the work. I have cluster migranes and shrooms help it.Medically proven. Maybe print up some papers on the subject and explain it's Gods cure in small doses. It work for me once. This was years ago and they sold the farm to build a subdivisions just after two seasons.

I just go and ask to collect shit for my compost pile. Some of the ranchers/farmers have huge piles of shit, so they're more than willing to let you take a trailer or two or four home.
