Man this is getting so intense, everyday as people unlock more shit the battles are just getting epic. Claymores, smore grenades, EOD bots, MAV's, oooweee. I can see why they put this map up for beta, the subways and hallways make for such epic battles OMG. With all the flickering florescent lights and smoke grenades going off, lay on the ground as an EOD bot strolls up to set your eyebrows on fire, while RPGs and HeavyMachine gun fire rips over your head! OOOO I love battlefield, the sound is so fucking wild.

I just upgraded from a GTS250 to a HD 6790. I went from medium settings at 720p to playing at all high settings at 1080p. I also no longer get the dreaded graphics driver crash that used to plague the beta.

My performance in the game has increased due to the increased and more stable frame rate.

their origin website is all messed up

was hoping I could enjoy this game for a day.. I couldn't make a login on origin's site (had to go to EA's main website) and when I try to log on through origin's website it says not available. :crankey:

Download the Origin program. I'm not sure why you are trying to login to the website.

Yeah I figured it out.

When you search Battlefield 3 beta, it brings you to the origin website and when you click  to join up and get the beta it just gives you an origin pop up.

Downloaded the origin client and in the process of downloading. I guess I get one good day of playing. :awesome:

I've already pre-ordered.
I can't go back to TF2! Not after this...

I was walking to the movies yesterday after playing a good 5 hours of Bf3, and I found myself wondering why I didn't see red triangles above above other peoples heads when I tryed to spot them...

Dear god what have I become...  :ashstrobe:

did you play bf2's  heli's? did you get a chance in that server that was only up for 3 days to play the heli's in bf3?

I spent all three days geeking out on the helicopters and even got a large amount of the unlocks.  I used to fly heli's back in the BF2 days and I really liked flying them in BF3.  They are very fragile and hard to stay alive long until you get a couple unlocks done, but once you get things like flares and gunner missile it starts to get really interesting as long as you have a good gunner.
While I'm on the subject, sound off with your Origin/battlelog name and I'll add you if you want to fly/gun with me.  It's hard as hell to find a decent random to gun or fly with you.
