Can I PC my jars on their sides?!

My PC isn't big enough to fit my jars standing up so can I put the jars on their sides? I don't think the water will be filled up enough to go through the polyfil holes, I could be wrong?
Any ideas? Thanks again!

its definately not recommended, the water will begin to boil and thus coming up on the lids of the jars.

I guess in an hour or so I will see.. What should I look for to tell if my jars are ruined or not?

moisture pooling on the bottoms of the jars once you take out..
be sure to put foil on the lids real good since you're gong to do it.

Could you get smaller jars? I often place jars sideways while resting on top of the other jars which are standing upright and have had no problems with them. I can get three extra jars sideways in the 23 quart pc. myc

yeah, stupid me.. mistook a steamer pot we had with a pressure cooker.. So now i'm stuck using a much smaller pressure cooker I had that I wasn't expecting to use.. Oh well, I've got plenty of WBS and i'm just waiting for my syringes to rehydrate from the prints. Also, what should my syringes look like if I made them from prints? I have one that is completely black and another from the same print that is almost just as black. and then 2 syringes from another print that just have floating black specks in them.. Is this normal?
Thanks again

And yes, I could get smaller jars.. But not tonight.. My sister and parents are gone somewhere and I figured this is a good time to get this stuff done now that I've received my prints from FSRE.

Also, I'll be doing a second and maybe a third batch in the PC tonight and I'm thinking my best bet would be to prop the lid side up a little bit with some object so that it's well above the water line, but still able to fit into the PC. I guess I can figure this kind of stuff out on my own, but it helps to have a second opinion.. thanks guys

Remember to let the device cool naturally at least all the way to zero pressure- don't try to open it early.

one normal sized print can make 10 syringes....so you got way too many spores in those syringes lol

I am waiting to open the PC now. And I didn't use all the print.. Just a portion of each print. As long as I can see black specks is that good enough?

you dont even have to see the spores, i've had many of syringes that looked like crystal clear water, and still had millions of spores.
