What do you think everybody who has a job does? Most people who have jobs work in groups in order to provide a service to others; they essentially create a better world. There are also lots of charity groups and philanthropists who work together in order to create a better world.
Most people who have jobs work at them to provide for themselves, Thats what a job is for aint it? I dont know what kind of fairy tale you live in but not many people take up a job to provide service's to mankind.

people in jobs aren't working to create a better world...everybody is at work so they can get green and buy shit for themselves, or provide for their family and pay their rent, etc. But it's a lame system. The energy being put towards work is exactly what causes half of the problems in our world, it's the corporate behemoth that's destroying the planet.

I don't think this is necessarily true of everyone. Sure most people it is. There is a spiritual mentality that some seekers use to devote all their work to "God" or "Krishna", etc. I don't really know that much about this, but I have read some thangs.
There are others who only choose lines of work that truly serve the good of humanity when they could easily find a better paying job that was less meaningful

yeah true, some jobs are benefiting the world. Anybody who works in a sustainable development or environmental field is probably trying to help things along. But i feel like most jobs are fairly pointless and nobody ever wants to be at work, including the management. Like, the art theater i work at could be so much cooler if we could be creative and make the place interesting. But it's all held back by this weird corporate aesthetic that's based on averages and opinion polls.
And yeah there is the devotional form of spirituality, not my bag at the moment but for some people i suppose it works.

yeah its a light cone shows the geometric model of any event in spacetime, which is cool cause it has limits and says a lot about local information distribution (as apposed to nonlocal, which is instantaneous)
