I dont know if i understood corectly: When you prepare you substrate you put the substrate+dry verm layer. Then you close the lid with 4 punched holes and put micropore tape over the holes. Then you put two layers of aluminium foil over it and you pressure cook it for the requiered time.If this is so when inoculating should i do it through the micropore or should i take it off? PLEASEEEE HELP!

The micropore tape isn't necessary; its just an extra precautionary measure. I'm not gonna say you shouldn't use it, but you can get by without it. During my beginning grow, I only used the foil over the lids and had good results. Personally, if it was me and I was going to use the tape, I would inoculate first and then put the tape on. Just make sure you flame sterilize your needle.

Let the tape on, and push the needle through it. Dont worry about putting more on, the hole the needle makes will be fine.

Yes and then you can take the tape off for better GE.

after steaming the jars remove the tinfoil and shoot the solution past the dry verm layer into the sub
make sure you flame sterilize
i never used micropore tape and i didnt have any problems but it wouldnt hurt i guess

Inoculate through the tape as shown in the video. You don't need to remove it.
The tape protects the top part of the verm layer. Without tape, contaminants can land on the verm, and then the needle pushes them to the substrate below. This is the only reason for the tape. RR
