Now, I've never tried Salvia, but I've been eager to try some. There's plenty of head-shops around who sell it, but I was always skeptic about the quality. You know, the "if-it's-legal-it-must-be-fake" type of attitude.
To my real question though, salvia is supposedly really intense. Wouldn't that keep people from doing it on a routinely basis, sorta like mushrooms? I know I wouldn't want to eat mushies everyday, as much as I love 'em.

“I’m concerned about it and I don’t know a single parent who wouldn’t be concerned,” St. Boniface MP Shelly Glover said at a press conference on Tuesday. “We are very worried about the long-term effects.”

I hate politicians; stupid cvnts! Why can't they leave the plants alone? I'm pretty sure most people never heard about Salvia, let alone tried it.
I believe these different plants (psilocybin, peyote, salvia, datura) are teachers, and this is just another way of keeping people blind and in order.
Thoughts?

LOL at the statement that Salvia has potential for abuse.
I have absolutely no desire to smoke salvia again. It acts on the kappa-opioid receptors meaning that it doesnt bring about any pleasurable experience apart from the satisfaction that now you how it feels like. Those politicians can suck each others dicks and drown in shit

meh salvia isnt that great any ways. stick with shrooms,LSD,etc. I have tried salvia many of times only to be disappointed by the trip that only last 5 minutes. Its intense, but not very enjoyable.

I think it all depends on what a person is looking for in a plant or drug. Salvia is bar none the best antidepressant I have ever come in to contact with. At sub-mind-shattering doses, it provides an instant lift in mood that carries on for days. It would be a quite a burden if this plant got scheduled.
