Is it bad to purposely stay blind to the fucked up shit that happens on earth?
It makes me so depressed....
If it doesn't affect me, I want to never think about it or anything
I almost want to pretend it's not real.....
What do you wise shroomerites think?

i think you just have to accept the fact that this world is fucked up. human beings are fucked up creatures. it doesnt get any worse than this.
in my eyes, i either accept it or kill myself. im accepting it for now.

I think you should own guns and a lot of ammo, for starters. If the evil ever reaches your doorstep.. you make them pay.. dearly

I'm aware of some of the horrors of the world but I could really give a shit. That's life on this planet, survival, existance.
If those horrors directly affected me somehow though or were a part of my daily life, I'd do something to try to change them.
Right now though I'm living pretty good. I should be much more thankful than I am

Gotta accept the good and the bad to make your peace with yourself. Soon enough everyone around you will die then so will you. Back to the earth as randomly as we popped out here anyway.
I'm not sure if good and bad is only in our minds or if it actually exists in the universe. Life carries on, with or without us or any shit we do.

He's the only one who seemed to know that Japan was dumb as hell for attacking the US..
When asked by Prime Minister Fumimaro Konoe in mid-1941 concerning the outcome of a possible war with the United States, Yamamoto made a well-known and prophetic statement: If ordered to fight, "I shall run wild considerably for the first six months or a year but I have utterly no confidence for the second and third years."
