It seems like potentially wellbutrin will help you very well, unfortunately it is not very safe. I would honestly stick to nootropics, but nootropics are a dangerous way to go with a mental condition sometimes.
I would ask your doctor about that, slowly quit weed. Do not do it all at once. Weed as you have seem to noticed will only make matters worse, unfortunately its quite amazing at temporary anti-anxiety.
Like I said, it doesn't mean you don't need quit all together. Balance the pluses and minuses, but do not use it for anti-anxiety as potentially this could cause more problems including physical brain damage.
I'll make an effort to reduce my usage. Sorry if this offends you in any way, but there is no way in hell I'm going on antipsychotics. I would rather die than live out the rest of my life

fuck anti-psychoatics. Anti-psychotics are random drugs that change mind-states that they do tests to see if shit helps and then they approve it. Unfortunately, if you have a real schizophrenic break that is what we use right now.
Really though, like I said. Dont take my advice to heart, Im not a doctor. Just go talk to a doctor/psychiatrist though. Its much better then waiting to see if something will happen.
Ask for wellbutrin before SSRIs though.
EDIT:
Also quit weed slowly, you'll most likely have a anxiety attack/some type of break if you don't.

What should I even say? I've gone to the doctor about once in my life before and it was for acne medication in middle school..

Find a good psych and tell him you might be showing signs of onset of schizophrenia. Seeing as you are still perfectly sane, they wont force shit unless you show signs of being out of control. Just say feelings of paranoia, anxiety, depression, some suicidal thoughts. Theyll get down to it better then I can, and tell you what you can do from there.

Sure, and this comes from what? Your stupid perception? Please for the love of god try to keep an open mind if you insist on staying stupid but then again. You wouldn't be stupid at this point.
Please just stay out of my threads if you dont know what the fuck your talking about and all that you spew is bullshit from your ego with no other backing other then your own flawed perception.
Please learn to be less stupid.

This^^
Dont even take nootropics, its easy to see the effect they had upon his own mind when he self medicated just browse through his main threads and see how his mental condition took a swan dive when he started dosing him self with that shit.
If you really think you got a problem go see a doc and tell him exactly what you feel, leave out the suicde though cause they will just give you SSRI's and think its gonna beat the happy back into you.

Actually, yes that has been said. Did you even read what I posted?
So even when theres direct evidence, you still choose to stay ignorant.
How surprising with your self generated stupidity.
How about we just go our separate ways, and you go get psychological self-worth somewhere else huh?

Anyway, Anyone that has social anxiety. What is different about your life then "everyone else"'s?
It seems like everyone else seems to draw energy from interacting with "friends" and others. I feel like I am losing energy when I do this.
i am the same way. for me this is about introvert/extrovert. i'd recommend doing a little reading on the two, it helped me to understand myself better once i realized i was an introvert.
much of my personal anxieties stem from energy levels. everything has varying levels of energy (people, animals, places, sounds, etc.) and i'm highly sensitive to the energy levels that are being put out. loud sounds have a large energy output and in turn are hard for my body to take in all at once.
so my mind breaks down what it can digest from the loud sound and puts up a kind of "wall" to block out the excess energy.
i've actually been able to pay really close attention to my body/minds response to sound and energy while tripping. if humans are nothing more than another form of energy than wouldn't it make sense that certain humans have a different response to the energy around and within them?
i'm just kind of thinking out loud here. bear with me, please.
i've gone on long hikes into the woods, far away from civilization and its frenetic energy levels and come to a place of deep peace with my energy level and the energy level of the forest around me.
maybe part of the anxiety we experience comes from the fact that, evolutionarily speaking, humans have not yet evolved the capacities to cope with the mass concentrations of energy that come with existing in a "modern" society.
most folks i know cope with the noise and energy of "modern" day life by numbing themselves to their surroundings (through drugs, noise addictions, etc.). their perceptions are blunted and their ability to really concentrate on one thing for a long period of time is all but lost.
so yeah, there are a few of my personal thoughts on "anxiety". i don't think of it as a disease. I see the culture around me as the disease and my body is trying to respond accordingly to what it perceives as a threat to my well being.
could all be a crock of shit, but at least it's a crock of shit i'm comfortable with
--------------------
"We are all intoxicated. We were born into an insane asylum, a world crazy-making. We believe what we see and hear. The real myth is the myth of sanity, of rationality: it's a disease that is eating away at the earth. All the poisons flow from our denial. We deny madness, we forget our crimes, we dismember the corpse, we imprison our children. We need poison to poison the poison, to remember the sacred nature of intoxication, the green body of the young god." ~ Dale Pendell

I hate some repetitive sounds like people coughing relentlessly and people who eat with their mouths open makes me want to stab them.
Its quite an annoying and maybe weird trait to have - I usually have to leave the room to prevent my rage.
My friend goes mad if people tap their fingers on things but that sound doesn't bother me

i'm glad i never took labeling myself with a mental disease seriously, what a mental setback that would be
so, why don't you cut the processed foods out of your diet? grow mushrooms, what a great medicine. if you can't, then bide your time until you can.
lol, I dont even want to try to understand whats going on in your head and you call me insane.
what he said is stop using autism as an excuse because the only one holding you back is you because you insist on labeling yourself as different
