nope. just looking into jobs that no one else wants to do, that pays well, and something that will be around no matter what the circumstances are.
nah mean, kid?

the true reason for me wanting to become an embalmer is so i can get my hands on an infinite supply of wet.

if all of the infrastructure collapses your skills will not be needed. people will just put people in holes like in the old days, no prep needed.

I'm sure it'd have some psychoactive effect but not a very pleasant one.

If you really want to get ahead, you'll also need to sell overpriced Cadillac coffins and other services. Cash in while the stiff is above ground and all.

My buddy apprenticed at a funeral home for a bit.
Meet the trocar: The Embalmers Sword

A giant vacuuming syringe thang. You stab every organ through one puncture in the gut, and suck out all the meaty goodness.
Everyone rotated from front of the house (planning with family), and back of the house (working with stiffs), so they wouldn't get too bummed with just seeing people crying/seeing dead people all day long.
A couple of people worked the back exclusively, however, whom they referred to as the Morgue Monkeys.
