Myc water transfer from MS?

I have seven cooled rye jars that I'm considering knocking up with some colonized MS B+ from a purchased spore syringe.
Should I grow out the B+ and get a good print and start from there or just start a new MS strain with the seven jars?

Remember now,I am a noob.
My question is,I want to know if it is better to do a myc water transfer to grains with a master culture proven to be good,or is it OK to do a MS where it will be a crap shoot as to the "strain".
I have 6Qts of fully colonized B+ (from MS syringe) that I am planning on birthing to bulk manure substrate this weekend. I was wondering if it would be worth it to draw some myc water from one of the jars and knock up 7 prepped rye jars. I could always start some different strain with the jars and isolate a mature fruit from the B+ and then use that in the future.
I hope that I cleared things up a bit.

multispore from sponsors is fine.
it will all fruit. you cannot determine potency from the rhizomorphic characteristics anyways.

I saw threads of cloning "the big one" and making cultures for it as a master. I didn't know if it was worth it to go that route,or use what I have (sponsor syringe). I really don't want to start another strain at this point in time, but have the jars prepped.

this.
making a grain lc is too much work compared to just use your ready syringe. at the end of the day its all multispore.
... and while your 7 jars and your bulk is colonizing you can take the time to read about liquid cultures and cloning "the big one".

Ive done a lot of reading about that. The sponsor syringes that I have are different from B+. I don't want to start another strain ATM.
I do have a little B+ left in the original SS. I want to do agar and have been reading a lot about it. I guess I'll just do the myc water thing with the B+. Thanks.
