STB DMT final pull -> evap?

This last pull has very little crystals stuck to the sides (all floaters)- can I just evap the 1/2 pint jar of Naptha/DMT? At room temp , does the Naptha evap and leaves the crystals, or do they lose crystal form...and evap with it?

You may have to heat it up (safely) but make sure all the crystals are redesolved, and then let it evap.
All the small crystals should reform as a couple larger, very nice looking crystals.

Before I do - I would like to understand what heating up the Naptha accomplishes, as opposed to just room temp. Just for understanding
Thanks though, at least I have nothing to worry about

So I evaporated overnight with two jars - one with 37.5ml and the other with 75ml.
The smaller jar has finished, but it is COMPLETELY yellow crystal.
I am aware that each pull, the yield is less and more yellow, but the two pulls before it were as white as can be. The smell...well, I don't really smell Naptha, as the tryptamine smell is -quite- strong...again, more so than the first/second pull. So I assume it's pretty evaporated.
The 75ml jar is probably around half evaporated, and I almost wanted to freeze precipitate again, to see if it would be not so yellow...
Which brings to me these questions:
How do you know if you need a solvent wash? How do you know if there was lye/water in your batch?
Is it normal for nice white crystals to turn reddish/purplish in the oil pipe? Not entirely, as it crystallizes all around the bowl, but where it pools, it doesn't recrystallize.
I don't taste anything wrong, it tastes like plastic. I'm just afraid of chem burn. I realize it can be harsh, but how do I know if it's...more harsh....? :P
So, anyone ever have a batch go completely white to completely yellow next pull? Or is it due to evap that it is like this?

If it's crystalline, at least that's a good sign

You could try a sodium carbonate wash with those yellow crystals, it might help remove impurities. Check the STB tek you're referencing.
Regarding evaporation at room temp versus heat: I do not recommend evaporating with heat because naphtha is ridiculously flammable and you want to keep all heating sources (especially fire!) away from it. Naphtha is a solvent, and like all aromatic hydrocarbons, evaporation will leave the solute behind crystallized.
