Raids and cover-ups

So very briefly, lemme say that there was a raid this past weekend at a rave I attended and had just left. It was quiet obviously in my mind a sting operation set up by the cops to lure in drug dealers and then they raided it...
So I find when I try to warn and tell people about it, the info I talked about openly was quickly suppressed and dismissed. I don't really care to fight it any further cause I've come to the conclusion that this kind of stuff has happened before and probably will continue to happen. Its the better benefit of my friends and I to know what happened so at least we know how to avoid it.
Its just funny how far they've gone to make it look like it never happened. They posted pics allegedly from the party, which background details tell me the location of these pic were taken at another venue which I'm familiar with. Basically there's nothing I can do, just glad to have made it out.
Has anyone here delt with any similar kinds of incidents as such?

What does one look for to avoid a sting/raid at a rave?

U look for strange coincidences and people dressed in button up shirts who don't fit. These people r cops. But its more how u feel. That night the vibe was so bad that people had the fear and were breaking down crying and moping and being depressed like. Noone understood y the place was getting to them. There was no outdoor spot and noone had ever been to the venue before. Party hosted by someone new too. Usually there's an outdoor spots at raves and u can feel good vibes in the air

i've been to raves where some weird guidos showed up and a few had button up shirts . I also had some weird guy come up to me when i was sitting and just started spewing out drug names and i'm like "no man, i'm good... thanks" "NOOOOO do you have any!?" "oh... no?"
he kept going on about where can he get some, looked to be older, dressed in a god damn top hat, and kept saying his friends were gonna be coming by soon and they wanted some. I had bad vibes from that guy...

people that don't fit in always show up..sometimes in groups, but not usually cops in disguise.a lot of times they are just simply people attempting something new that they are not comfortable with.
@BLT...he does have a point about the atmosphere though...any iffy feelings you have, listen to them and leave just to be safe since having to sit around cuffed and giving information to pigs is not a fun way to spend a late night.

how about don't deal and hide your drugs well? I've done things like put them inside of a camera alongside the battery so the camera still functions, and you'd have to take the batteries out to even see the drugs. It holds enough for me and a friend or two and that's plenty.

..i get low glucose,so sometimes I carry one of those tiny meters to see if i need to eat and keep the stuff stashed with the strips...cops are too scared of things with possible diseased blood on them to check if you tell them something about low blood sugar.TSA people are easy on you too for the most part.

it might help if you call it by the proper name when they ask you - a glucometer.

So basically you think that the cops put together, promoted, and threw a rave to catch drug dealers? And they have website where they're trying to make it look like nothing happened? Damn sounds super sketchy!!!!

this past summer something really strange happend like this. we found out about this local "Rave" online last minute. im not going to mention the name. the odd thing was that it was located in the Suburbs. i did 3 bags of heroin & ate a blotter. didnt plan on driving or holding so i didnt care. they put the address in the navigation. it led us to a really dark, quiet suburban backwood area to a Shopping Center Parking lot where there was no RAVE or anyone at all in fact except some parked cars and brand new stores that looked like fronts. we got paranoid and got the hell out of there. my thoughts, it was some kind of police setup or something. even if they did get us none of us were holding any substances anymore, but we were all very much heavily under the influence
we have tried since to look this so called "Rave" up online by its title and still cant find any info on it. in fact, im going to look again right now
EDiT: just looked it up again. no info, it still "doesn't exist..."
