After pressure cooking I let my jars cool down then I inoculated. After inoculation I noticed my cake substrate was damp. Im just scared my cakes might have gotten damp from pressure cooking. Do yall think they will still do alright since I dont have any standing water in the jar? Is the substrate suppose to get a little damper after pressure cooking. Ive been trying to find an answer for the past hour but cant find anything so please give any input.

Can you clarify: are you seeing condensation on the glass after PC-ing? That's normal, in my experience.

Did you tightly wrap aluminum foil around the jar tops before you PC'd them? The substrate shouldn't get damper after sterilization, they should maintain there previous water content. If the sub got damper after the PC you didn't do enough to prevent water from gettin' inside your jars. Since there is no standing water, I'd go ahead with them but don't get your hopes up until you see some nice myc growth in there.

Might be that extra water got in. IF you have plenty of spores or LC to spare, I'd go ahead with it. IF you don't have much to work with, I'd make new jars.
Standing water is an instant no-no, obviously.

Nah, If they're already knocked up, just put 'em in a warm, dark place and check back in a week.
Good luck
