Casing question!

Well my home elf just cased 2 cakes by simbly casing tek. and result seems to be very good!!!.So what to do after first flush ?Just wait or cold shock?

and which is better casing layer??? dry werm or moist??

the pt of a casing material is to provide water. So it has to be moist. After a flush give plenty of water, it is not necessary yo cold shock.

For differnt casing materials look around.

Spray your casing after first flush so there's enough water in the casinglayer for the next flush.

no dry verm.... for god sakes.

after the 1st flush, spray lightly a few times a day to re-hydrate your casing, and leave in fruiting conditions.. it should flush again in a week or so.

And also to pervent comtams from happing but i guess thats just for crumbled cakes really cause by the time the cakes are 100% colinized they can wart of comtams pretty well.

SO I have also figured out that it have to be moist.I almoust did throw my cakes away because they didnt pinn but I cased those and there seems to be very good 1st flush.

Thats way to go!!!
