fucking assholes!  you wanna cite one kid who crashed while on synthetics? ill cite thousands upon thousands of people who killed themselves or others while driving on alcohol.  or the hundreds of thousands that are killed by tobacco.  you want to use one incidence to illegalize this, then im pretty sure you are morally and logically obligated to do the same with alcohol and tobacco, considering the death toll is just a tiny bit higher with those.  but no, those are good drugs.  good in the sense that they are taxed and make the govt a fortune in tax revenue

So it is the same 5 that they tried to band in November.  I don't a couple of certain 'structures' banned that would be 'analogues' of the banned ones.  Business as usual.  And if they try to ban them all, i'll order what i want from overseas.  people who worry about overseas:  Do you think this government is competent enough to find one letter out of 100,000 in a sealed container on a container ship?  Dogs don't alert on the container, probably isn't going to get opened.  However, they probably have a manifest of the customs declarations, and if they say 'research chemicals' or something similar, MAYBE they would open the container and pick that one letter out.  But I look at it this way:  all the lazy fuckers in government, unless the shit bites them in the ass, they aren't going to do any extra work to find it.

now that JWHs are specificly scheduled the ANALOG ACT will apply to other similar chemicals

The analog act will not apply because the law is written to say that not only does the substance have to be structurally similar to a controlled substance but it also must be intended for consumption. These substances are always labeled not for human consumption so the analog act won't apply here, we're all good.

I wanna talk to these people that testified against k2. From basically fall until January 1st of this year my friends and I used to smoke a ton of k2 because they had to stay clean of THC. We used to just get super baked. We didn't have these accidents, it didn't make us pass out, we didn't get sick, we just got high.

Sounds like the typical case where we take an incident and label it for the majority. More DEA bullshit as usual.

^the DEA follows the greed.. not the science...to wit ..if legal K2 is allowed to compete against illegal marijuana..then the DEAs market on marijuana prosecutions shrinks..with nothing to take its place...criminalizing K2 not only solves this problem..but also opens a new prosecutions market...it is also worth repeating that the revenues in this market are in the form of kickbacks from private prison companies...

fortunately..this is being challenged in court.. and there is a strong case the DEA failed to adequately demonstrate an "imminent threat to public safety".. but im not the least bit sure that the court would agree...

A lot of talk I have heard about synthetics is people talking about banning them because of what they 'might' do.  Also, I smoked a lot of jdubs and i've gotten a bit anxious and quite stoned, but not really more than a really heavy pot high.

Another thing, though the herbs used in some of these mixtures are touted as being 'safe' the herbs themselves can cause extremely violent reactions in people with allergies.  I was talking to my doctor about it and he agreed.

ppl get straight RIPPED OFF by the medical system.  I had the same thing happen with Dilaudid morphine tabs.  A friend of a friend got some when her dad finally died of terminal cancer and I ate two 10mg tabs which had absolutely ZERO effect on me--- and I am not a user of opiates.  I figured at least I should feel a little sleepy, I've heard ppl say dilaudid is a great buzz.  so WTF?

be worried, be very worried about the bullshit the system pushes on the ppl.

If you had '10mg' dilaudid tabs and took two of them and didn't get off it wasn't dilaudid.  I didn't know it even came in 10mg tabs, I thought it was 2,4 and 8mg.  And 8mg is a STRONG dose for someone who has no tolerance.

Sounds like they were morphine.  Dilaudid isn't morphine.  But seeing as you called them "Dilaudid morphine tabs," and the effects fit a 20mg dose of morphine, I'm gonna say that's what you got.

Not just that; most JWHs aren't that closely related in terms of chemical structure. JWH isn't based on the chemical name- it's the initials of the discoverer(John W Huffman).

there's a lot more that people are starting to use now anyways that aren't banned yet. I suspect that they will be only about as well known as most RCs though, and people probably won't be so eager to be selling them so openly

I emailed jacob w huffman once...thanked him for making jwh-018 and how it helped me quit weed for a while to pass a piss test....he never replied:lol:
