That's what doctors in acute care hospitals do, but it's not a hobby.

I did a multi spore injection o the jars, the needle got clogged a few times, every time i injected i squirted some H2o out, is it possible that some jars may not have gotten spores??

the reason i ask this is cause two 1/2 pints are showing signs of colonization and the rest are not doing a thing   :shrug2:  :shrug2:  :shrug2:  :shrug2:  :shrug2:

Its not likely cuz if you got a syringe from a vendor there are thousands of spores in a syringe...even if you forget to shake before innoc (ive done it plenty) your chances are still high for success. I have gotten an old syringe that took an exceptionally long time to show any signs of growth, longer than times your dealing with.
I would do g2g with the jars u have colonizing now, seems like the myc is a little less finicky with what it wants to eat

i'm sure you got some spores in there. remember, you only need 2, and there's billions in that syringe.

those temps are fine... sure, on the low side, but this is a good thing when considering contams thriving in 80F+ situations.

again, you say you are patient, but it's only been just over 2 weeks since your inoculation. sure, this is not ideal, but it can happen... I recently had a jar of CR take just under 4 weeks simply to germinate. even after it did, it colonized SUPER slowly on the grain at temps around 72F, so I did a G2G and now it's charging through 5qt jars. maybe it was the moisture content, the temps, the phase of the moon, or the position of the 6th ring on saturn... but I'm sure glad I didn't give up on it.

do what you will, but giving up hope on them when they aren't yet contamed (at least not obviously) seems wasteful IMO :2cents:

on BRF to grain, it probably isn't a good idea without a PC. you'd be better off spawning BRF to pasteurized bulk

good luck with it. sending :mushroom2: vibes your way

:peace:
