Edible, active, spring, summer, autumn..., you need to be more specific.

Ps. semilanceata in autumn (basically Oct-Dec, might spread to Sep-Jan depending on weather and location) Pan. cinctulus in spring/summer Gymnopilus sp. in summer
Edibles: porcini, chanterelles, blewits, oysters, morels; basically all of the popular edibles, but it all depends on conditions and location.
Your best bet concerning actives are liberty caps. How long will you be staying?

I'd be looking for german kahuna's yard!! Seems like one of the most active locations in all of Germany!

Nothing out right now at all. We are still getting night frosts. Stay away from my garden. The beds are not even prepared yet. Spawn's not quite ready yet.

Some beautiful areas down there. You might just catch the first libs just before you leave.

Yep, it's true, but most smart shops in Amsterdam still sell philosopher's stones due to a loophole in the legislation. Some of them also still covertly sell regular shrooms as well, I understand.

Stones are psiloci(by)n containing sclerotia of certain Psilocybe species. Same thing as regular mushrooms in terms of effects.

Yup, reason being the sclerotia on sale are usually ps. tampanensis, and that species wasn't present in the hastily assembled list of species that were to be outlawed.
