I would give it another two or three days and then fruit it, even though I don't think it would hurt to go ahead and fruit it. I am just paranoid because you work so hard and wait so long to get fruits and to fail at the last moment because you couldn't be patient any longer is just a shame.

But since you've opened it & introduced FAE you're going to start getting pins. Put it in fruiting conditions.
Next time wait 10-14 days then another 3 for consolidation...I'd cut a small hole in the top of the tub so you can see in w/out taking off the lid, obviously the hole should be covered & sealed w/ something.

Haa yes...that god foresaken garbage bag that just cant be cut right or stay at the botoom correctly.
I only do it cause everybody recommends it.
I actually thought of cutting the bottom of another tub to use as a mold for my next tub.... That bag is always a total bitch to me.

But the advantage, of the foil, is that it will stick to the sub (due to the myc) and prevent your sub from drying out and from side pinning.
