hey all just looking for some constructive feed back i was wondering if any one might have any ideas on how i would go about making a grow kit or some thing similar that has all the layers as a bulk casing,( verm/ UN-colonized wbs/ horse poo/ and peat moss) but i would like to be able to seal the container and pressure cook it as a whole and then simply inoculate wait and then fruit ......

thats not going to happen, your WBS needs to be sterilized then spawned to pasteurized manure, then after thats fully colonized you'll case, which isn't even needed with P. Cubensis.

is it possible to sterilize all the ingredients in one shot though, as long as it remains sealed it should work right

You can do that easily. Either in spawn bags, a certain amount of grain is placed around the inoculation point, and the rest of the bag is filled with supplemented manure or compost or whatever. Then you sterilize everything together. You can do something similar with PCable plastic containers. Manure needs to be pasteurized and not sterilized only when it's spawned in open air, the beneficial microbes prevent contaminants from taking hold for a week or two. When everything is kept in closed containers, you can sterilize.

This is my first post, and I'm posting because I believe I have trichoderma in one of my monotubs. I'm sure by now u have perfected the grow, and hoping u can give sum feedback. The white patch that popped up has turned green all over and I'm scared it will ruin all my hard work.

My first instinct is to tell you to start a new thread or use the search function. It's painfully clear you are like my grandmother using facebook. Always using my photos from 2011 to tell me happy birthday and merry christmas.
All joking aside, you should learn to use a forum then check out some of the noobie links. Here's a link I like to offer up. It should have all you need to get started. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17897163#17897163
-------------------- An old man and his grandson are sitting by the fire outside the tepee, wrapped in furs and gazing into the leaping flames. High on a snowy ridge, a wolf howls at the moon and another answers from far away. Soon after, the old man removes the pipe from his mouth. ‘Grandson,’ he says. ‘There are two wolves inside you. One is white and the other is black.’ ‘What are they doing there, Grandfather?’ asks the wide-eyed boy. ‘They are fighting each other,’ says the old man. The boy considers this, then asks, ‘Why are they white and black?’ ‘The white one is your love, your peace and your truth. The black one is your fear, your anger and your lies.’ The fire crackles and sparks flare in the night. The wolf on the ridge howls again and the old man puffs contentedly on his pipe. Finally, the boy says, ‘Which one will win, Grandfather?’ ‘Ah,’ says the old man, removing the pipe once more. ‘The one that wins is the one that you feed.’

Ill answer you in this 5 year old thread
Your tub is most definietly infected with trich or some other green mold, sounds like trich though. Its lost man. Take that tub outside immediately and get rid of it. Dont open the lid inside again.... you dont want all those spores and myc fragments jeperodizing future grows.
Toss it out!!!
