calibrating a tv?
    #14037717 - 02/27/11 06:59 PM (12 years, 10 months ago)

i was reading on a few forums that you can pay a store to have a tech come out and calibrate your tv to get optimal quality.

anyone ever try this before? is it expensive? can this be done by an amateur using pirated cd's?

Its honestly better just to read on it then to try to figure out someone else to do it with. Usually with HDTVs, they are set at there best unless you want something that has both positive and negatives.

Then you have to figure out how to do that with your TV and what you get out of it.. why.. ect.

Mostly your TV should be good as gold though as long as its on the correct resolution on the receiving or giving side.
