Human superiority over another (Based on genes)

I was reading an overview of "The Selfish Gene". (recommended by deCypher) And I came up with a few questions regarding it.
So based on this we could figure who of our people have superiority in their gene makeup, right? - Based on attractiveness - Facial construction / Body construction
I see the He-Man strategy quite often, where females flock to the 'talented' males regardless of how many others are doing the same, such as artists/celebrities.
So since male's genes are superior or inferior to another, does this suggest that there is the possiblity of an equal female? - A female whos genes are at a certain level matches the male of the same level (Example: level 10 female would not match up with a level 9 or 11 male right?) Which would suggest that there is actually 1 female per 1 male, right?
No one male would have another male equal in their genetics correct?

Why would the female spider kill the male? - Could it possibly be because the males genetics were inferior to the females?

Different males have different levels of fitness, meaning they have different likelihoods of surviving long enough to reproduce and pass on their genes to the next generation. I don't see why it's impossible for two males to have the same fitness.

If superiority is based on women's preferences, there's a lot more to it than fitness.

Fitness in the evolutionary sense, not in the gym sense.

One more thing before gym..
Gene superiority to me goes like this..
One person with better looks than another is more likely to procreate Thus his genes live on through his offspring..
One person who does not procreate based on looks.. That persons genes 'fail' to live on.. Thus inferiority to the better looking gene.
One who practices abstinence has the "selfish gene" HAHA(joke)

some attributes are more valuable in different environments. "Superior" is relative to both the environment and the prejudices, needs and attributes of the on looker so to speak.

there are biological reasons for a preference towards attractive mates. there are studies that show a more symmetrical face is more attractive and there are also studies that show attractive males have more and healthier sperm. i dont think courting works on a level system and as for there being one male for every female, females are basically programed to have sex with one optimum male and then persuade him to stay with her and help rear their offspring while males will basically sleep with as many females as possible in order to strengthen there linage. to put this in perspective in the time it takes one female to have a child (generally nine months) a male could theoretically father over 10000 children probably more.
