Grow kits... Which strand to buy?

Dear Peanut Gallery,
So I work at a smartshop im Amsterdam, and we sell tried-&-true mushroom grow kits (McSmart brand). The kits yield 300-600g, and I am SO down. But which type to buy?!
Choices:
1. Ecuadorian 2. Mexican 3. Thai 4. Colombian 5. McKennaii 6. Golden Teacher
Thoughts? Experiences?
Much love,
G.

I wouldn't buy a kit. But if you get a discount, maybe. Strain doesn't matter. Get whichever you want.

Well I'll get it for free, so. I'm the manager. I'm the reason we carry the kits.
But, uh, seriously? There is no difference between strains? That seems unlikely...

Not really much difference, they all grow the same. Like apples. You like red apples or green apples?

Regardless of which 'strain' you choose, you'll most likely end up with the same results. Cubes are cubes, so potency and output are basically equal across the board. If you want to trick your mind into thinking otherwise, check out the strain discussion thread.

Why question people with experience? I've grown probably 10-15 different strains of cubes and they're all pretty much the damn same, ie. yields, potency, size and shape. One of the only cubes that's noticably different is Penis Envy, but since it's not on the list stop wasting time on this problem and pick the one that sounds cool to you and have fun!

Green. I like all apples, but green are the best.

Green. I like all apples, but green are the best.
Me too. Get the Golden Teachers. But if you own the place, try one of each eventually, then you will see for yourself.
But it's very easy and cheap to do it yourself, no need for a kit.

just wondering if this was a wet or dry weight estimate... not really a big deal to me, but for information-sake...
because it could yield that size of a dry weight(over the course of a few/several flushes), but the kit would also need to be fairly large....
which is why I am assuming that the estimate is for 'wet' weight
read up on the supplies and get some 'practice' out of the kits, take your own spore prints, share with the community, and see how much this hobby really has to offer you
welcome to the shroomery by the way and good luck to you
