Yes, yes I have. An intimate knowledge of expletives is crucial, both for properly expressing fury, and for crafting hilarious non-sequiturs.

I agree. That's why I posted it.
Another one that I love is: "She's such a cunt!" I guess down under this might translate to: "She's such a bloody cunt!" Which sounds even better IMHO.

When I was taking my Public Speaking class, our teacher had a slideshow just to debate derrogatory words. I thought it was kind of interesting. He just put up phrases with bad words in them and had us pick them apart and decide whether or not they offended us and why.

I have no idea what a Jeffro is, but I had a crush on Jethro Bodene from the Beverly Hillbillies when I was little. Should I be ashamed?

As I understand it, old English/Germanic words for bodily functions like "fuck" and "shit" were declared obscene by the Franks, who sought to impose their own language upon the natives of England, sometime a long goddamn time ago.

I think fuck is an Anglish word, though to be perfectly honest I have no idea what tribe imposed their more "civilized" words for copulation and defecation. I only know it was somebody speaking a dialect of Latin and I'm pretty sure they came from what is now France.

Chode is a fantastic word. I've been using it as a word for a penis which is wider than it is long since before it was popular even for that purpose.

Assclown. How this came about, I'll never know.
It reminds me of George Carlin's skit on cuss words. "Ever wonder where the word shitface came from? Some guy got drunk and fell in a pile of shit, 'hey, I'm shitfaced!' Which kinda gives new meaning to the phrase, 'shit-eating grin.'"
Also, my old boss likes to call people, "knobs" which was really unfamiliar to me.

I love insults that don't/hardly even make sense.
Fartknocker is another one. I guess it's a way to call somebody gay because you knock men's farts with your penis, but... yeah, I just don't know.
I think knob is a British thing. They have a lot of crazy-ass insults with mysterious etymologies. Twonk, git, gimboyd... watch Red Dwarf sometime, you will be in awe.
Assclown is the perfect example though.

Knob Goblin, or knob gobbling. I think it is a reference to penis.
Another one that I think is funny is "crossing swords" in reference to to two guys and one chick. As in, "Let's not cross swords now."

Cunt is a close second.
Once I started using fuck and shit profusely, damn and hell got a bit phased out.
Goddamned is one I use around the god-fearing folk, just for its impact.
